Michael Blaser is a seasoned real estate expert with strong industry connections. His background spans architecture, construction management and marketing, covering both ownership and rental properties. He also played a key role in building a national brokerage network. As former CEO of Wüst und Wüst AG and Head of Residential Sales and Executive Board Member at Intercity Group, he brings 360° insight to every project. Michael also serves on Küsnacht’s Property Commission and the regional board of the Homeowners’ Association (HEV).

David Gränicher built his expertise from the ground up – first as a drafter in architecture, then as consultant and marketing leader at firms like Beat Odinga and Blickpunkt Lebensraum AG. A certified real estate appraiser and developer (FH), David combines entrepreneurial experience with a sharp eye for valuation, positioning, and legal structuring. At Intercity Group, he and Michael successfully launched numerous real estate projects together.
